These are the estimated shipping times based on my experience with the Royal Mail, but can't guarantee them, especially at busy times of year like Christmas. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

- Shipping Address -
Orders will will be sent to the address provided by Etsy, unless we have discussed otherwise. Please ensure that this address is correct. If an order is sent to the address provided by the buyer, and it is the wrong address, the cost of re-sending the item must be paid by the buyer.

Frequently asked questions

I live in the UK, when will my order arrive?

As standard, we send orders with standard Second Class postage. We also offer the chance to upgrade to First Class postage, Second or First Class Signed For, or Tracked Next Day Delivery for an additional cost. Please select the option you require at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class items within 1-2 working days or 2nd class items within 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that once I have posted an item, any delays are out of my control.

I live in the USA, when will my order arrive?

As standard, we send our orders without tracking to keep postage costs as reasonable as possible. We offer the chance to upgrade to Tracked and Signed delivery for an additional cost. Please select the option you require at checkout.

This service is estimated to take 10-21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive to the US but please allow up to 6 weeks from the date of your shipping notification. Please be aware that once I have posted an item, any delays are out of my control.

Please note, the tracked/signed for option is not an express service, and delivery times are estimated to be the same as the standard service.

If your order value is over £20/$25, I recommend selecting the tracked/signed for option.
